Wikipedia says that CI are a self-governing parliamentary democracy in free association with NZ. That makes them a bit more independant than the Falkand Islands (remember them?) which are a self-governing overseas territory dependant on UK for defence. A lady used to bring a tray into the cinema during the interval ( 2 films in them days ) and you could buy ice creams and Kia Ora drinks, never liked them but it was them or nout. Well that simply has nothing to do with anything but 30 years from now you will be plucking wonderfull memories from your brain and sending them on.
